WINE TOURS
We had a dream: to create a place which wasn’t simply a wine cellar, but a place to live the wine with a complete sensory experience. We wanted not only to introduce you to the wine, but to also tell you about it and above all let you breathe our land. There are few but simple elements to tell you about: iron, wood, glass and cement.
Iron and wood recalls the industrial mood, the cement that refers to our choice of refining wine in cement, and glass, which directly connects the interior with the heart of our work: the vineyard.

WINE TASTING EXPERIENCES
Wine Tasting Experience | THE LOCAL WINES
The ideal place to immerse yourself in and discover the Enio Ottaviani territory and their wines through the most authentic vines, the local ones.
The tour includes:
- a visit to the winery accompanied by our winemaker
- the tour through the vineyard and in the Valconca fauna oasis
- a visit to the wine cellar
- Tasting Area: Wine Shop
It will end with a tasting itinerary of five wines: Strati - Bio Primalba - Caciara - Dado - Sole Rosso.
In combination with the wines you will also taste some of the best cured meats of the territory coming from the Stringati Butchery, and the Cau and Spada cheeses and our own oil.
